The Fontana del Cherubino olive oil
The main product of the Fontana del Cherubino is the cultivation of olives for the table and for the production of extra virgin olive oil. After milling, the extra virgin olive oil is stored in air-tight steel drums at a controlled temperature in our cellars to protect the oil from the harmful effects of the environment. Still inside the drums, the product is bottled and labeled preparatory for sale and worldwide distribution.
Wines
A selection of robust locally produced red and white Sicilian and some Calabrian wines are available for the enjoyment of guests perfect for every occasion. Also available for the more discerning connoisseurs are selections of “cult” wines.
