The restaurant provides the finest homemade Sicilian cuisine created with the joy and love of Sicilian hospitality. The cuisine is based mainly on foods produced at the agroturismo. The crowning feature of the cuisine is the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Cherubino used both at the table and especially in the preparation of the menus. The cuisine is complemented with olives, oranges, mushrooms, prickly pears, and the eggs produced from our own chickens. The menu changes weekly allowing our clients to return to something new.
The chef offers a Saturday, Sunday menu and for public holidays options that feature 4 types of appetizers (generally based on a vegetable selection), two first dishes (usually rice and pasta), a dish of local meat with side dishes, homemade desserts, Sicilian wines, bitters, limoncello, coffee and artesian waters at will. The menu can also vary according to special needs of customers.

The restaurant is located in the main complex within a restored farmhouse that was originally used as an agricultural shelter at the beginning of the last century. The entrance to the complex features a lava stone driveway adorned with Mediterranean flora and majestically flanked with columnar cypress to define the borders.
In 2007, the farmhouse was restored preserving the rustic construction of its original design. It consists of 3 rooms and a large terrace that can accommodate as many as 90 guests for culinary delight and entertainment. The terrace is well suited for spring events, summer and autumn with outdoor table service.
